Meet the Team Behind The Podcast
Four people. Different lives. One shared belief that honest conversation and human kindness can help people feel less alone.
The Support & Kindness Podcast brings Greg, Rich, Liam, and Sarah together for warm, honest conversations about mental health, brain injury, chronic pain, disability, recovery, relationships, and everyday kindness.
The show is built around lived experience. The hosts do not pretend to have every answer, and they are not speaking as medical or mental health professionals. They listen, ask honest questions, share different points of view, and make room for conversations that are sometimes hard to begin.
A podcast built around real life
Some podcast conversations are polished until every rough edge disappears. This show takes a more human approach. The team can be serious, funny, uncertain, hopeful, or frustrated. What matters is that the conversation is respectful and real.
Each person brings a different voice to the microphone. Together, they create a place where listeners can hear experiences, questions, and feelings that may sound like their own.
Meet Greg Shaw, host

Greg is the host of The Support & Kindness Podcast, a peer-support group facilitator, and the creator of KindnessRX. He guides each episode, introduces the topic, and helps make sure every member of the roundtable has room to speak.
Greg believes people deserve places where they can talk honestly without being judged or expected to pretend they are okay. He brings curiosity, compassion, and a strong belief in the value of human connection.
Meet Rich, co-host

Rich brings humor, practical thinking, and the perspective of someone who values teamwork. He is willing to ask direct questions while keeping the conversation friendly and grounded.
His friendship with Greg and the conversations that grew through peer support helped inspire the podcast. Rich helps the show feel like a real discussion among people who know and respect one another.
Meet Liam, co-host

Liam, also known as Liam the Conqueror, brings creativity, reflection, and a distinctive voice to the podcast. His background in music and writing helps him notice the emotional details that can be easy to miss.
Liam often brings a thoughtful perspective to difficult subjects while still making room for humor and hope.
Meet Sarah, co-host

Sarah brings honesty, warmth, empathy, and plenty of sarcasm. She is comfortable saying what she thinks, but she also cares deeply about helping people feel understood and welcome.
Her humor and direct style add energy to the roundtable, especially when the team is discussing subjects that can otherwise feel heavy.
Meet Kindo, our kindness mascot

Kindo the Kindness Gorilla represents the heart of KindnessRX. His name is pronounced “Kind Dough.” He is a warm, friendly reminder that kindness does not have to be grand or perfect.
Kindness can begin with listening, checking on someone, or making one difficult moment a little easier. You may see Kindo in podcast promotions, short videos, kindness challenges, and support-group messages.
