Our support groups meet online. Each session is designed to be accessible, calm, and supportive. You do not need to have the perfect words. You do not need to share before you are ready. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Which Group Should I Choose?
Mental Health Support Group
Best for people dealing with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, loneliness, or stress.
Chronic Pain Support Group
Best for people living with ongoing pain, fatigue, invisible illness, or the emotional weight of chronic symptoms.
Brain Injury / TBI Support Group
Best for people living with traumatic brain injury, concussion-related changes, cognitive fatigue, or life after brain injury.
