Chronic pain is exhausting — and it can feel incredibly isolating when the people around you do not fully understand what you are going through.
The KindnessRX Chronic Pain Support Group is a free, online peer support group for adults living with chronic pain of any kind — including fibromyalgia, arthritis, nerve pain, fatigue, and other invisible conditions. You do not need a diagnosis, a referral, or insurance to join.
Our group meets every Tuesday at 12:00 PM EST via Zoom. All are welcome.

What to Expect in Our Sessions
Each session is facilitated by a trained peer support volunteer who guides the conversation with empathy and structure. Sessions are not medical appointments — they are a space to share your experience, listen to others, and feel genuinely understood. You can speak as much or as little as you like.
Topics often include managing pain flares, dealing with medical dismissal, maintaining relationships, coping with grief over lost abilities, and finding moments of hope. Every session is shaped by the people in it.
What This Group Is Not
This is a peer support group, not a medical service. Our facilitators are not doctors, nurses, or licensed therapists. We do not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or medical advice of any kind. If you are in a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
KindnessRX peer support is designed to complement — not replace — your medical care. Many of our members attend while also working with physicians, pain specialists, or therapists.
Why Peer Support Helps with Chronic Pain
Research shows that social connection and peer support can meaningfully reduce the emotional burden of chronic pain. When you hear someone else describe the same invisible exhaustion you feel, something shifts. You feel less alone — and that matters. Peer support does not cure pain, but it can make it more bearable.
