What to Expect
- A respectful online environment centered on kindness and confidentiality.
- Peer connection with people who understand what you are going through.
- Space to talk, listen, or simply be present.
- A support experience that complements therapy or medical care, but does not replace either.
How to Choose the Right Group
- Choose the mental health support group if your main struggle is anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, or loneliness.
- Choose the chronic pain support group if your main struggle is ongoing pain, fatigue, or medical invalidation.
- Choose the brain injury support group if you are dealing with TBI, concussion, cognitive changes, or neurological recovery.
If more than one topic fits, start with the group that feels most urgent today.
What Is Peer Support?
Peer support is a process where people who have faced similar experiences come together to offer and receive mutual help and encouragement. While it is not a form of professional therapy, peer support plays an important role in complementing your overall well-being journey.
Our groups are peer support spaces. That means people come together to share, listen, encourage, and learn from lived experience. Peer support can be powerful, but it is not the same as therapy, crisis care, or medical treatment. We always encourage visitors to seek licensed care when they need it.
Safety note: KindnessRX support groups are not crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent mental health help, contact 988 or your local emergency services.
You do not have to carry this alone.
Choose the group that feels right and take one small step toward support.
