Welcome to the KindnessRX event schedule! This is your central hub for finding all upcoming live sessions, including our regular online peer support group meetings hosted on GoBrunch, as well as any special workshops, Q&A sessions, or community events we offer.
Connecting live with peers offers invaluable opportunities for shared understanding, mutual support, and collective growth. Our scheduled sessions provide dedicated time and space for these meaningful interactions.
Current Regular Support Groups (Hosted on GoBrunch)
We currently host the following regular peer support groups. Please find specific meeting times and direct joining links in the schedule below:
- TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) Peer Support Group: A space for individuals navigating the challenges of living with TBI to share experiences and find mutual understanding.
- Chronic Pain Peer Support Group: Connect with others living with chronic pain to share coping strategies, resources, and support.
- Mental Health Peer Support Group (Focus: Depression & Anxiety): A supportive environment for individuals managing depression and/or anxiety to share experiences and encourage one another.
